Question: Where do I see the conversion data?
Answer: You can access the conversion data for each campaign from the "conversion details" link in the right of the name of that campaign.

Question: The software doesn't record any clicks.
Answer: You have to make sure you have used a method to track the visitors. You can choose from 3 different ways: url, img script and java script. For more details check our knowledge database: http://kb.kaizentrack.com

Question: How do I add the tracking code to a page?
Answer: We have posted the answer to this common question to our knowledge database:http://kb.kaizentrack.com

Question: What is the response campaign?
Answer: The Response Campaign is the web page( or the goal page ) that you want to have a better conversion. For example: if you use Taguchi Test Campaign on optin page and you choose the response campaign the sales letter then you will improve your conversion for the sales letter. Or, if you use Taguchi on the sales page, the response campaign will be the download page. This will improve your conversion to it and will meet your goal of increasing the number of sales.

Question: Where can I see the traffic monitor?
Answer: You can access the traffic monitor from the "Traffic" tab. Here you can see the conversion for each campaign you have on each traffic source. You can also see the keywords that are most searched and you can see from what keywords a sale has been made, if you are using PPC advertising.

Question: I want to set up a taguchi test, what should I do?
Answer: You can check our knowledge base on this matter from this link.
